Brigita Gr is Lithuanian visual artist, currently based in Brighton, UK. Nomad from the heart and quite often labelled as space cadet for untraditional and out-there thinking. Her art is thought-provoking and mysterious, saturated with symbolism and alchemical background, pointing to the inner psyche and spiritual connection to the beyond; there is a divine presence in every colour and shape.
She tends to experiment and try various forms of art: from minimalistic drawings to complex watercoloring and oil painting; she’s not afraid to use her body as a canvas, her scope expands to videos and spoken word, street performances and on-stage acting.
